Big Sunday happily welcomes you to Our Really Big Community Calendar.
We try to include all kinds of volunteering and helping opportunities for all kinds of interests, talents, passions, and ages! As you’ll see, these include volunteering opportunities (one-time and long-term) as well as the chance to support a nonprofit by attending fundraising events. Plus, of course, we include all of Big Sunday’s homegrown events, too! Whoever you are, and whatever you do, there is someone out there who could use your help.

Smallfoot roars into Harkins Cerritos 16, just a little more softly; the sensory-friendly screening is appropriate for guests affected by autism and sensory processing disorders.
One Saturday each month, select Harkins locations present a family-friendly film in an auditorium dedicated to guests affected by autism and sensory processing disorders.These screenings feature:
- Brightened Light Levels
- Reduced Sound Volume
- Room For Guest Interaction
- Outside Snacks Permitted

The participating local theatre is the Cerritos 16, (Another So Cal location is the Mountain Grove 16 in Redlands).
The Board of Urban Partners Los Angeles would like to invite the community to a very special upcoming La Posada event on Sat. December 21, 2019.
This is a traditional Mexican holiday celebration! It starts at 4PM at the Francis Avenue Garden (2909 Francis Ave.) The Second Stop happens at Caroline Severance Manor (2928 8th St.).The Service starts at 6PM at the First Unitarian Church located at 2936 W. 8th St., Los Angeles.

¡Latin Food Fest! Celebrates its 8th Annual Culinary Classic
Tasking place at the LA State Historic Park in downtown Los Angeles, March 27-28, the 2020 festivities includes a kick-off party Latin Spirits Fest, followed by our signature event Gran Tasting, and chef’s dinner LA Supper Club, so guests have a variety of opportunities to experience America’s Premiere Hispanic Culinary Celebration!
