We try to include all kinds of volunteering and helping opportunities for all kinds of interests, talents, passions, and ages! As you’ll see, these include volunteering opportunities (one-time and long-term) as well as the chance to support a nonprofit by attending fundraising events. Plus, of course, we include all of Big Sunday’s homegrown events, too! Whoever you are, and whatever you do, there is someone out there who could use your help.

on Sunday, September 18th, 2016. Volunteer assignments include registration, water stations, expo, start/finish line and kids zone.

The Jessica M. Berman WONDER WOMAN WALK for Breast Cancer benefits Tower Cancer Research Foundation, which provides funding for 
important and innovative breast cancer research and patient support services. The Walk celebrates breast cancer survivors and honors those who 
have lost their battle with the disease. You're invited to help support this great event!

The Beverly Hills artSHOW returns to historic Beverly Gardens on Saturday and Sunday, October 15th and 16th, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Art enthusiasts visit from all over Southern California and beyond to see selected artists from across the country.

Artists whose work illustrates the timely topic of Construction!, particularly in the Los Angeles environs, are featured among the 250 artists. The show expands along four garden blocks in the center of Beverly Hills, from Rodeo to Rexford Drive, along Santa Monica Boulevard. Media categories run the gamut from painting and printmaking to sculpture, ceramics, and even the occasional performance artwork.

Guests can also enjoy a wine and dine garden, a beer and brat garden, popular food trucks, ambienbh-art-showt music, and family art projects. Easy parking is located directly across from the show grounds. Don’t miss it!

Through interactive programs and workshops, exceptional speakers and engaging exhibits, the Regional Conference will facilitate discussions about human rights issues in the United States and around the world and motivate us to take action. Just in time for holiday shopping, the Autry Store presents a show and sale of handmade pottery, rugs, and clothing. Master carver Jacobo Angeles Ojeda will showcase his intricate carving and painting techniques. His work will be available for purchase along with a diverse selection of Oaxacan pieces from other artists, including whimsical carvings and embroidered dresses, scarves, and shirts. Robert Angeles will present his handmade clothing alongside Zapotec rugs and Jorge Quintana's Mata Ortiz pottery.
