Big Sunday happily welcomes you to Our Really Big Community Calendar

We try to include all kinds of volunteering and helping opportunities for all kinds of interests, talents, passions, and ages! As you’ll see, these include volunteering opportunities (one-time and long-term) as well as the chance to support a nonprofit by attending fundraising events. Plus, of course, we include all of Big Sunday’s homegrown events, too! Whoever you are, and whatever you do, there is someone out there who could use your help.

2003, 09-11 Veronica becomes a Youth Manager

Learn what you need to know to be a manager! Put your ideas into action, learn how to plan, organize, and lead projects and events. This formal volunteer opportunity is open to all area youth in 5th – 12th grades.

The class will be held on July 25, 27, and 28 from 4:00-5:30pm.

Find your voice! Learn how to structure a speech, use gestures, include vocal variety, impromptu speaking and evaluation skills from a Toastmaster!

This formal volunteer opportunity is for young leaders between 5th and 12th grades.
