Big Sunday happily welcomes you to Our Really Big Community Calendar

We try to include all kinds of volunteering and helping opportunities for all kinds of interests, talents, passions, and ages! As you’ll see, these include volunteering opportunities (one-time and long-term) as well as the chance to support a nonprofit by attending fundraising events. Plus, of course, we include all of Big Sunday’s homegrown events, too! Whoever you are, and whatever you do, there is someone out there who could use your help.

If you have questions about our calendar, or would like to add a listing, please contact calendar@bigsunday.org or submit your event/opportunity via the button below.

Don't miss Nueva Vision Community School's Fundraiser Event on July 22 at 7 pm!  This special affair will help the school cover operational costs for important music programs for kids and teens from low-income families in the San Fernando Valley.  The program not only offers free music (piano and guitar) lessons to these students, but it also covers the costs of lesson books, materials, instruments and administrative expenses.

The event will feature operatic soprano and Nueva Vision Community School voice teacher Julie Anne Bermel.

In addition to the special event, the good folks at Nueva Vision Community School are also in search of a volunteer to aid the organization in marketing to make more of an impact on friends and potential donors.  Volunteers with expertise in the areas of website and social media marketing are especially needed.
