Big Sunday happily welcomes you to Our Really Big Community Calendar.
We try to include all kinds of volunteering and helping opportunities for all kinds of interests, talents, passions, and ages! As you’ll see, these include volunteering opportunities (one-time and long-term) as well as the chance to support a nonprofit by attending fundraising events. Plus, of course, we include all of Big Sunday’s homegrown events, too! Whoever you are, and whatever you do, there is someone out there who could use your help.

Our 8th (1) Annual Halloween Haunted House and Party for a whole bunch of nice kids in need (and their families). As always, we'll have a costume giveaway, a portrait studio, Trunk or Treating, lots of arts & crafts, and, um, some candy, too. This event is not to be missed! (And dont forget your costume)

NDVets Memorial Day 5K
We look for friendly, energetic volunteers to assist with our 5K run/walk. We need volunteers to help with everything from Check-In, staffing water stations, and cheering on walkers and runners along the course, to giving out medals at the finish line and cleaning up.

For this event, we need focused and friendly volunteers to help with event registration and ushering.
Day of Service
Arrange a day when caring employees from your company or organization can come out to one of our many NDVets facilities and complete a volunteer project that includes jobs such as gardening, painting, cleaning, and assembling care packages.
Host a Fundraiser or Collection Drive
Add an opportunity for giving to your next company party or event by collecting donations for NDVets! Most donations are tax-deductible.

Don your Sunday hats and join us at the race track for a day of derby fun to benefit deaf children and families at No Limits!
Your $125 ticket includes delicious food and beverages in a private racing suite. You will be taken on a tour to see the horses, and watch a race from the finish line, along with clubhouse access with private wagering machines and live tellers.
While valet parking is available, Lyft or Uber is encouraged to fully enjoy the afternoon!
Come and go as you please! Suite closes at 5pm.

Why wait for Veteran's Day? At Big Sunday, we love working for and with veterans. We'll be hosting vets from all over town. Together, we'll enjoy great games and entertainment. We'll also be writing letters to soliders on active duty. Then everyone's invited for a big and memorable Big Sunday community dinner. It's a great way to show the vets how much we care.
