Big Sunday happily welcomes you to Our Really Big Community Calendar.
We try to include all kinds of volunteering and helping opportunities for all kinds of interests, talents, passions, and ages! As you’ll see, these include volunteering opportunities (one-time and long-term) as well as the chance to support a nonprofit by attending fundraising events. Plus, of course, we include all of Big Sunday’s homegrown events, too! Whoever you are, and whatever you do, there is someone out there who could use your help.

Volunteers are needed to help at the Summer Trail Series events taking place Thursday evenings on the following dates:
• Thursday, June 15
• Thursday, July 13
• Thursday, August 3rd
Location: Cedar Grove Park in Tustin
Time: Volunteer shifts vary from 4:30/5pm – 8:30/9pm
Assignments: Registration/T-shirts, Kids Run, Course monitors, water stations, and BBQ servers
Don't miss a fun night of community and BBQ! All volunteers receive community service credit, an event t-shirt and free bbq!
The Renegade Summer Trail Run Series benefits WeROCK (We Run Orange County’s Kids), a non-profit organization that provides after-school intervention programs for the Middle and High School students of Orange County. By delivering education and proper training for the completion of a 26.2 mile marathon, We ROCK teaches our community’s teenagers the important life skills of goal setting, self-reliance, discipline and self-confidence. Come help out Covenant House raise money for an orphanage in Mexico by either dontating your time to help wash cars or driving your car by the location to get it washed and making a donation. This car wash is a yearly fundrasier for the orphanage that Covenant House host.
