\n Our seniors deserve to stay in their homes and engaged in the communities they love. Westside PacificVillages is making that happen.
\nWPV is not a retir ement facility or caregiving agency. We are a non-profit organization coor dinating a network of local volunteers to assist our members with everyday life.
\nTransportation is our number one service requested\, given that many of our members can no longer drive. Getting out and about is a n ecessary and integral part of maintaining a healthy\, happy life. These lo cal trips often take less than 30 minutes and volunteers can choose to do just one-way if not both ways.
\nDaytime Drivers – Volunteers are ne eded throughout the week to drive members to/from medical appointments\, s ocial events\, beauty shop/barber\, the grocery store\, and assist with ot her general errands.
\nWeekend Drivers – Volunteers are needed to dr ive members to/from religious services\, the grocery store\, and assist wi th other general errands.
